HOW TO ORDER
Our shopping cart is very easy to use. It provides both an online and a offline option.
Select a quantity for each item you would like to purchase and then click the "Add to Cart" button.
It will be added to your cart and you may continue shopping. Click the "My Cart" button at any time to review your order.
Orders for South Carolina residents will have 8.00% sales tax added to the order. When finished, you may make payment by 2 different payment methods.
Orders will only be shipped once payment has been received. We currently ship only within the continental U.S.
You may use our shopping cart and pay with credit card.

ABOUT SHIPPING
We ship by FedEx Ground.
Other shipping methods include second day and overnight. This will be an added cost to your bill.
Orders will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days unless otherwise specified.

INSURANCE
The Mustard Seed provides insurance for you shipment and is covered by the shipping cost.
RETURN POLICIES
A. Your purchase is guaranteed. If you do not like it for any reason, you have the option of sending it back, with no questions asked. Returned merchandise is at your expense and it must be insured. You must email when returning items. You must email with in ONE week of receiving it or we cannot accept the return. Then the items must be received by us within 7 business days after you receive a confirmation email from us. If it arrives back in bad or damaged condition and you have not insured it, no refund will be made. Any returns made without a confirmation number and NOT made within 7 business days of receiving the authorization number from us will not be honored.
B. Shipping is refundable ONLY if I sent the wrong item and you need to make a return. If it is being returned for any other reason, original shipping is taken out of the refund. If you are unsure of anything about the item(s) you want to order, email us first – themustardseed@ftc-i.net
DAMAGED ITEMS
A. The Mustard Seed will not be responsible for damaged items, should you choose to have items shipped without insurance. If you purchase insurance, the carrier will handle any damage problems.
B. Items arriving with damage and insured must be taken care of through YOUR carrier.......either Priority Mail or UPS. Please keep all packing materials, boxes and purchase order. Contact the appropriate carrier and follow their directions.
PERSONAL INFORMATION POLICIES
Any email address or other personal information that is sent to The Mustard Seed will NOT be sold to anyone. Your information is used by our company only. Information entered on the PayPal site will be used in accordance with PayPal policies. If you wish to receive periodic information from us about new items or craft/art shows in your area, please email us at themustardseed@ftc-i.net and ask to be added to my email list. Email addresses will not be shared with other customers.
